Effective 19 October 2026.
Every product is a one-time purchase of a downloadable file; there are no subscriptions to cancel. Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from, and if something is wrong with the file we fix it or refund it.
When you buy through Polar, Polar is the seller of record: its refund policy and process apply, and you request the refund through your Polar order or receipt. The same rule applies to any other marketplace we name on a product page. We do not override a store's policy, and a store cannot override rights you have under mandatory law.
Write to kiwigod@207studio.dev with the order email and what went wrong. We will send a fixed file or, if we cannot fix it, arrange a refund through the store. Do this before filing a chargeback so we can actually solve it.
We cannot refund a purchase made from someone else's order, and we cannot process a refund for a store order ourselves — the store holds the payment.
Digital files are delivered immediately, so a change of mind after a successful download is handled under the store's policy, not ours. If you are unsure before buying, write to us with your question first; we answer setup questions before the sale.
